Setup notes for Remora Edge and Flow.

Download the DLL from the portal, close NinjaTrader, copy it into the custom folder, then reopen NinjaTrader.

1. Open the Remora Portal with your purchase email and license key.
2. Download RemoraFlow.dll. Use the Edge sync build only if your email has an active Remora Edge subscription.
3. Close NinjaTrader before copying the file.
4. Copy RemoraFlow.dll into Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\.
5. If Windows shows an Unblock option in file properties, unblock the DLL.
6. Reopen NinjaTrader, add Remora Flow to a chart, and paste your license key into the indicator settings.

Machine IDs are managed from the portal so your Flow license stays tied to your active NinjaTrader machine.

1. Open Remora Flow settings inside NinjaTrader.
2. Copy the displayed Machine ID.
3. Open the Remora Portal and add that Machine ID to your license.
4. Remove old machine IDs from the portal if you change computers.

The latest customer download is always available from the portal and does not require a new license key.

1. Open the Remora Portal.
2. Download the latest RemoraFlow.dll.
3. Close NinjaTrader.
4. Replace the old RemoraFlow.dll in Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\.
5. Reopen NinjaTrader and continue using the same license key.

Use the Journal Login link and the same checkout email you used for your Edge subscription.

1. Start your Edge trial from checkout.
2. Open Journal Login from the top navigation.
3. Use the email from Stripe checkout when signing in.
4. If you need setup help, contact support and include your checkout email.

Auto Sync setup instructions live inside Remora Edge so the app can guide you through the current workflow.

1. Install the Edge sync build of Remora Flow from the portal.
2. Open Remora Edge and go to Auto Sync.
3. Follow the in-app setup instructions.
4. A free Databento account may be required for market-data-backed chart review features.
5. Complete a test trade or import to confirm the connection before relying on it in production.

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Support can help if you cannot find the customer billing link.

1. Use the Stripe subscription email to manage billing when available.
2. If you cannot find it, contact support with your checkout email.
3. Cancellation stops future billing but does not change completed historical charges unless a refund is separately approved.

Most install issues come from NinjaTrader being open, Windows blocking the DLL, or the file being copied to the wrong folder.

1. Confirm NinjaTrader was closed before replacing the DLL.
2. Confirm the file name is RemoraFlow.dll.
3. Confirm the file is in Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\.
4. Check Windows file properties for an Unblock option.
5. Restart NinjaTrader after changes.
6. If the issue continues, contact support and include NinjaTrader log files plus the Remora Flow debug log if enabled.
